Spicy Audiobooks
The Idea
As part of the Public Affairs team at Spotify UK, we produced a one-off Instagram Reel featuring rapper Ceechynaa. In the video, she reacts to steamy audiobook excerpts and rates each moment on a custom “spice scale” from 1 to 5.
I designed and animated the Spice Meter, which served as the central visual element of the piece. I also created the logo and contributed to the overall look and feel of the reel, making sure the visuals matched the playful, tongue-in-cheek tone of the idea.
The project was developed in collaboration with Tom Burnell, bringing together design and humor to deliver an engaging social moment.
