The Brief
Fueled by fake news on social media, Holocaust denial is on the rise.
The National Holocaust Centre & Museum needed a new approach to combat this.
The Execution
David Feldman and Diego Chicharro Turnet-Delof copied how trolls spread fake news, but instead of spreading hate, they spread the truth. D&D took the internet's most notorious character, ‘Troll Face’, and attached it to a chatbot which responded with a different Holocaust fact every time someone mentioned ‘Holocaust’ or ‘Jews’ online.
